The cottage, located approximately 2 miles from The University of California and Downtown Berkeley, is only a block from wonderful Solano Avenue with it's many shops and restaurants, movie theaters and bus service to downtown Berkeley.  The cottage location is perfect for visiting professor's here for a few months or family in town to visit friends and children for a few days or weeks.

The cottage is a separate structure in the rear garden of a quiet single family residence and offers serenity and privacy. There is ample street parking available and no parking permit is required.
With special attention to your comfort, we offer a comfortable queen size bed from European Sleepworks .
